There is nothing to like about this hotel. It is the worst hotel ever; please don’t book it, even in an emergency. The staff are terrible, the receptionist was acting as if she owned the place, had no manners, and was very rude and impolite.

The location was convenient, the staff were hospitable, the rooms had A/C and were comfortable, and the on‑site restaurant was very good; there was nothing to complain about.

The spot is great—rooms are clean and comfy, hot water works, there's a lift, and the restaurant is excellent with a variety of cuisines. This is my fifth time at Hotel Avon Ruby, and it feels like a second home. Nothing to complain about!
