A single photo of the view can make you fall in love with this B&B: a terrace overlooking the sea and coast, giving a sense of peace that reconnects you with the world. Even though the view is spectacular, it's just the beginning of a wonderful experience. The property sits in a strategically located spot, surrounded by silence and total tranquility (sleep is excellent!), yet just minutes from all major attractions and conveniences. The rooms are delightfully new, comfortable, and, importantly, impeccably clean. The real heartbeat of the place is the owner, Mrs. Marisa, whose kindness, family‑like welcome, and endless availability make you feel more than a guest—you feel a valued visitor. And then there's the wake‑up moment: breakfast made with local products and delicious pastries! Generous, genuine, and tasty, it’s the best way to start the day, especially while enjoying that seaside view. If you’re after a place where the landscape’s charm meets authentic Italian hospitality, look no further—we can’t wait to return! The only thing I didn’t like was having to pack my bags to go home.

The view from the room terrace is stunning, and we had an excellent breakfast with items prepared by Mrs. Marisa—especially the homemade citrus jam tart freshly baked, cappuccino, spreadable chocolate, and croissants with fruit juice. Everything was great and enjoyed on the room terrace. The bed was comfortable for rest, the bathroom large and clean, and Mrs. Marisa was very kind and helpful. We’ll definitely come back.

“Tranquillità ed accoglienza”

The location is strategic, just a few minutes by car from Ascea center and other nearby towns (Casal Velino, Pioppi, Acciaroli.). Breakfast is good and plentiful, and Mrs. Marisa is very kind and friendly. The place is under renovation, but only the exterior area will look beautiful once finished, thanks to the view. The property has four rooms; one has no windows or balconies, only a large window high up.
