The room’s terrace. Missing directions to the pool.

The location and beds are very comfortable. We asked for a bassinet for our two‑month‑old baby and it was broken. Also the shower was broken and no compensation was offered. I think a 4‑star hotel shouldn't have these issues.

The beautiful garden. I had booked a superior room with a sitting area and terrace. We had no sitting area. Our room (20) was smaller than the neighboring rooms.

We really liked the calm and surroundings. The cabin room was perfect and better than expected. Everything about the accommodation was perfect. The menu and restaurant service could be improved.
