The reception and staff were okay, and the rooms were clean. The first room we got had a broken bathroom—no water coming out of the shower, no hot water, and we had to wait for repairs. They told us to switch rooms, so we stayed in a colder room under the AC, still no pool water for 45 minutes. Later we were moved to a larger, VIP room, but the lighting was terrible and the TV signal was weak, which ruined the birthday celebration for our friend. The pool and jacuzzi surprised me because the jacuzzi was mixed; normally there are separate male and female areas, but here they were together, which I never liked. The indoor pool was chaotic, with kids jumping and parents teaching their children to swim, and the overall atmosphere felt off for me and my friends—we left feeling tired and sore.

First, I want to thank several people for making my stay perfect. MYA let me check in at 8.30am even though the official check‑in is at 3pm—amazing customer service, thank you. OLFA handled all my needs throughout the stay—thanks. AZMAT, the night manager, found my lost lighter and even offered matches—thank you. Sujam had a lovely chat at night and helped me—thank you. The Coffee Cafe—ATEEB—served amazing coffee with a 15% discount—thanks. Overall, I had an amazing time from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel. The indoor and outdoor pools are amazing, the jacuzzi is fantastic, and breakfast was very good. Thanks again to everyone.

الفندق عائلي فطوره متنوع وجميل المسبح فيه للاطفال مسبح قصير ومسبح للكبار وفيه مسبح داخلي المصاعد كثيره حتى باوقات الذروه خدمه الغرف جيده جدا اذا طلبت طلب مافيه تأخير. الفندق اثاثه قديم جدا وغرفتي الطاوله عليها حرق وغرفه اختي الكنب مشقوق + النظافه مو ذاك الزود قراطيس تحت الكنب وشعر + الحمامات تصميمها غبي اذا انت شخص سمين ماراح تقدر تدخل الشاور والهوز حق الكراسي ثقيل عاليد جدا

اعجبني الخدمة جداً ممتازة وجداً متعاونين الفندق كويس لكن قديم شوي الأثاث لكن نظيف جدا الفطور رائع 👏🏻 كيدز كلوب رائع 👏🏻 المسبح رائع 👏🏻 الخدمة رائعه👏🏻 فقط الاثاث قديم. الاثاث قديم
