The spot is fantastic, right over Wadi Musa and just a downhill walk to Petra’s visitor centre. The food comes at a great price, and the cat family adds a cute touch. We had to switch rooms because the sheets in the first one were filthy, but the staff handled it quickly.

“Absolutely amazing hospitality, views and overall experience.”

The lodge sits up the hill, so you need to be okay with that, but the view from my room was stunning. The owners and staff were extremely friendly, and the place was calm and quiet. The room was spacious for two, and breakfast was fresh and ready when we arrived.

“Joli et typique, cet hôtel mérite de s'y arrêter”

The view, décor, the owner and her daughter are all adorable. The food is excellent and you really feel comfortable here. It’s a 3‑minute drive to Petra’s entrance. The jacuzzi, which looked appealing after a long walk, turned out to be cold.

A small, cozy hotel with a unique vibe and a gorgeous city view. The hosts are very attentive, and everything is clean and comfortable. Our booking only included breakfast, but the owner offered us dinner for an extra fee, and after a five‑hour walk through Petra we happily accepted. The food was tasty and varied. The hotel is a 2‑3 minute drive to Petra.

“The best!”

The team is wonderfully friendly and the evening meals are superb. The décor is tasteful and the view of the mountains and city is amazing, especially at sunset with the western lights, the mosque’s echo, all seen from the terraces. It feels like the most charming home‑like place. Thanks to Holly, Mohammad, little Tala, the rest of the team, and the cats.
