The place was clean and quiet, staff were very nice, the owner was very responsive and kind, and it offered good value for money. The only downside was a slight toilet smell, but it wasn’t serious if you closed the door.

The room was spacious and flooded with natural light, and the décor was simple yet stylish. The new bathroom also had plenty of light and ventilation. We appreciated the balcony that had a sink and a washing machine, which made laundry a breeze and let us dry clothes outside. The location had pros and cons: it sat in a quiet neighbourhood and felt very relaxed, with convenience stores nearby and only a 10‑minute Grab bike ride to Sukhumvit. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive, and there was a small café on the ground floor. The downside was that the On Nut BTS station was a 25‑minute walk, so we almost always opted for a Grab bike instead.

The facilities were in excellent condition, the décor and space were amazing, everything was super clean and meticulously cared for. The only drawback was the location, which was very far from everything.

I enjoyed the space the room is layed out nice. Tum the house keeper was very nice. Very pleasant and helpful. When I looked at the pictures in booking . com it shows a washing machine. We found out that it was on the first floor. The room is on the fourth floor with no elevator. There is no television or microwave. The stairs are a bit of a challenge if you are not in good shape

The room was large, with good lighting, a comfortable bed, a high‑pressure shower, a nice balcony, a good desk, and a couch. A 7‑11 and several good cafés and restaurants were nearby, and the café in the building was nice for breakfast. It was a long walk from the BTS, but there were plenty of motorbike taxis. The Wi‑Fi only worked in half the room, and check‑in was awkward; I had to stand outside and message until someone found me.
