“Atendimento rude, café da manhã dos piores que já tomei.”
The place sits right in the center of the village and close to Boca da Barra beach, but the constant loud music from neighboring venues made the room noisy. The triple room and bathroom are too small for three people; the bathroom trash can is tiny, the shower has weak water due to clogged holes, and daily housekeeping never arrives. I requested a clean-up in the morning, but no one came. A staff member was sarcastic, always giving moral lessons and snide replies. When a group tried to sit for breakfast at an unmade table, he mockingly said, “I’ll set the table over here and you can sit there.” He kept complaining about every guest action. When I asked about cleaning and whether I should leave the key, he said, “Do you want me to clean now?” By the second day, sand had accumulated, and the small bin was full. Breakfast was very limited: almost no cheese or bread, just a few toast, butter, and jam. The fruit was awful and sour. Only eggs and tapioca were offered on day one, and there was no tray of cheese and eggs to serve yourself. You can’t eat two tapiocas if you want; you must choose. A staff member was rude to a child eager to go out, again lecturing. Breakfast started late, at 8 am, which cut into our day. Some guests were waiting at 7:45 am, but staff were chatting and eating at the reception, as if no one was there. They only served at 8:10 am. The mini‑fridge didn’t work; I reported it, but nothing was fixed. They offered to store our items in the kitchen fridge instead.
