I've had the pleasure of staying at this hotel three times, and it still manages to capture the authentic essence of Kharkiv. However, with the ongoing safety concerns in the city, it's reassuring to know that the hotel is prepared with emergency measures in place, such as a flashlight, rechargeable lamp, and candles at reception, as well as a basement for shelter during rocket attacks.
