“Utterly Fantastic”
Beautiful building inside & out. The decor throughout is absolutely stunning. Superb staff from Mohammed at the front door who gave us such a warm greeting to Gavin at reception who was superb!!!! Loved our room, the spa and dining. This is an incredible hotel and well worth it for a special treat. Nothin not to like!
“Excellant! 10/10 we went to Claridges on our wedding night and there was so much effort from the staff to make us fe”
The staff were amazing, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was so comfy!! If we were being picky, the pillows…
“I had a very Bad experience”
Nothing!!!. Hotel is a very bad service. Personal are not friendly . I was there 3 days and I don’t feel welcomed and safe. I don’t feel safe there. Security should make you feel Safe in the territory of hotel but they do they job very bad and I have a very strange situation with one of them in 3 th day of my stay . He followed me with all his rudeness . So 100% it’s not a 5 star hotel. It’s dirty everywhere. They have a problems with water in the rooms and didn’t fix it on time. . The worst experience in my life. Never again!!!
“Great stay at this iconic hotel”
Everything
Love the hotel service and vibe. The construction work outside ruined the balcony, not the hotels fault
