The staff and volunteers were very polite and helpful, assisting me a lot. There are several showers and bathrooms; whenever I needed one, I found an empty one, even if it wasn’t on my floor. The breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced; everything was clean and organized. The bed was comfortable, and the blankets were good. I went into a shower stall and the water wasn’t hot; I switched stalls and everything worked fine.

The staff were well prepared and organized, and the facilities were clean, but the room was very bright during the time when most guests were resting in the hostel.

The room was excellent; though small, it felt very cozy, with a few missing shelves for personal items, but otherwise the bedding was warm, fragrant, cute, and comfortable to sleep on, the pillow and mattress were great, and the shared shower and bathroom were fine. I would definitely return, I was there for work and had no issues, just compliments! Everything was perfect, next time I’ll just get a suite for convenience.

The location was great, yet the room was too cramped for the ten beds it contained, and those using the upper beds had little room to move their luggage near their own bed.
