The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and well-equipped, water was always available, and breakfast hours were generous. The room was poorly soundproofed, so daytime traffic noises were loud, though nighttime was calm; the mattress felt a bit hard.

The location was great and the accommodation was clean; it was quieter than expected, so I slept well, and the staff were very friendly. Finding the entrance was a bit confusing.

I like that the hotel is located close to the police station, which made us feel safe and comfortable during our stay. I also appreciated that the bathroom has a bidet, as this is one of the amenities that is important to me. The shower water temperature was just right as well. We also really appreciated the warm welcome when we arrived. We were served a cold hibiscus juice as a welcome drink, which was delicious and very refreshing, especially after our journey. It was a lovely touch and made a very good first impression. Another thoughtful gesture was the complimentary drinks in the minibar. There was bottled water and juice available for us at no additional charge, which we really appreciated. The room itself was also spacious and a very good size. These little touches definitely added to the comfort of our stay. The room itself was nice and spacious, and the location was convenient. However, there were several issues that made our stay disappointing. The bedding did not appear to have been properly cleaned, as there was still an unpleasant stain on the bedsheet that seemed to be from the previous guest. This was quite concerning from a cleanliness and hygiene perspective. There was also a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the room, which triggered our allergic rhinitis. Although the rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, we noticed several people smoking around the reception area, and the cigarette smoke was making its way into the rooms. I hope the hotel will enforce its non-smoking policy more strictly. Unfortunately, our experience with breakfast on our first morning was also very disappointing. We had an early tour scheduled and had already informed the reception the night before that we needed breakfast to be served early at a specific time. Despite giving advance notice, the breakfast provided that morning was simply one boiled egg and did not seem properly prepared or sufficient at all. Considering that we had specifically arranged this in advance because of our tour schedule, what was served was unacceptable and definitely needs improvement. The room has good potential because of its size and location, but cleanliness, enforcement of the non-smoking policy, and the quality and preparation of breakfast need significant improvement

The spot was great—everything was close by. The morning shift lady was super kind and helpful, and breakfast was decent. The toilet and shower were also good. The pillows were too high, and because we were in the room next to the lobby it was constantly noisy. The building looked old, and on the ground floor someone was sleeping on a bed.
