Hotel Shipka All Inclusive, a 4‑star resort in Golden Sands, sits 200 m from the beach and 300 m from town. Its spa centre boasts indoor and outdoor pools, steam bath, sauna, jacuzzi, and free‑access fitness center. The restaurant serves Bulgarian and international dishes. Free Wi‑Fi, toiletries, and a supermarket front‑door add convenience. Nearby bus stop and Varna Airport are 250 m and 30 min away.

The location was decent, the food average, not too impressed. The room on the top floor had no terrace; when I opened the windows, cockroaches seemed ready to invade. The room itself wasn’t terrible, but there was spiderweb in the corners of the walls and a roach waiting in the kitchen sink. I wouldn’t return; I’m disappointed that the all‑inclusive package wasn’t as described on Booking—there were no saunas, massages, or even a gym, which was locked.

The place is in a convenient spot, not far from the sea. The kitchen left a lot to be desired: dirty dishes, food that was sometimes stale, a shortage of forks, and a constant lack of tea or coffee cups, so I had to keep asking staff. The utensils—forks, spoons, glasses—were all dirty, with lipstick marks.
