“Um bom lugar para se hospedar em Florença”

The apartment is comfortable, with plenty of space in both the bedroom and bathroom, and the shower is very good. The location is excellent, with a market right across the street and two restaurants below; the apartment is a 15‑minute walk from the main tourist spots, but the street is quiet and out of the city’s bustle. The apartment meets my needs, but note that there is a large staircase, which could be an issue for people with mobility difficulties.

“It was ok for the price we paid.”

The room was quiet, which mattered to us, and the location is a little outside the city center but still a nice area. They told us towels are replaced after three days, but we stayed for five days and ours were never changed; it seemed like they were trying to cut costs, which was a bit disappointing. It’s not very pleasant to dry yourself with a towel that’s still damp from the previous day.

Abby, the hostess, is the big plus. She makes you feel at home

The rooms were beautiful, spacious and comfortable, with easy access, free coffee and biscuits in the lobby, good air‑con and mini‑fridges in both rooms. The location was great—about 20 min from Ponte Vecchio and a 15‑minute walk from the cathedral and duomo, so all main attractions were within easy reach. We’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you.

The stay was comfortable for a few nights and the place was well cleaned. However, there was a strange timer on the water filter that seemed to prevent guests from getting cold water, and the filter itself was ineffective, forcing us to buy bottled water on the street. They also block the AC from dropping below 21 °C, which feels like a poor energy‑saving measure during summer.
