Everything was impeccably maintained, even though part of the building was under renovation, which didn’t affect our stay at all. The seaside location, flawless facilities, and attentive staff made it a great experience.

The lodge has excellent seaside amenities, a helpful team, and a clean, comfortable room. The Wi‑Fi signal inside the room is quite unstable, but otherwise there are no negatives to mention.

The place is naturally beautiful, and the lodge has a charming rustic setup that feels cozy and comfortable. However, the pool had been under renovation since April when I booked, and it remained unavailable throughout our stay. We were told the renovation would finish in September, which never happened, so the facilities fell short of expectations, especially given the promised timeline. It's a shame because the location has great potential for an even better experience. The view of the sea is stunning, and the rustic, snug atmosphere made the stay unforgettable and left me with wonderful memories. Unfortunately, several aspects of the accommodation were lacking. The pool was still under renovation from April and stayed closed during our stay, despite the projected completion date of September. The breakfast also did not meet my expectations. Another issue was the lack of reception staff. At check‑in around 5 pm, we were greeted by a housekeeping employee who was leaving. At check‑out at 8 am, we had to hand the key to a cleaner in the kitchen, and I felt the service was disorganized at those moments. What really upset me was how the owner handled a situation involving our reservation. By mistake, I booked the upper room for October 12 when I intended to stay on October 11. The reservation was made through Booking and paid in full in April. When we arrived on the 11th, we explained the mix‑up and were kindly moved to another available room of a lower category, but still comfortable. At that time, a refund for the originally booked rate was offered. Because I couldn’t request the refund through the Booking site, I reconsidered and decided to use the rate for the 12th, which was still reserved and paid. Then I was told the booked room wouldn’t be available because it was occupied by the owner’s sister. I understand that unforeseen events happen and I would be open to discussing an alternative, but what bothered me was the way the situation was handled without consulting me.

“Quarto confortável com uma vista maravilhosa da praia”

I liked the facilities and the staff’s service. Even without a pool, staying at this lodge was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the sea view is wonderful. Unfortunately, the pool was under maintenance, but I was informed ahead of time.

“Foi maravilhosa, voltarei mais vezes.”

The facilities, location, and overall vibe make it a perfect spot for relaxation, and the staff are friendly and eager to help with anything you need. I wish there were a popsicle freezer and more options on the lunch and dinner menus, like sandwiches or tapioca, so I wouldn’t have to leave the lodge to eat.
