The facilities (nice sea‑side pool, rooms, breakfast) and the super friendly, helpful staff were great, and everything was well kept and clean. We arrived in bad weather and the “living room” / seating area was small for a family.

“An unforgettable stay – the most genuine hospitality we've ever experienced”

We spent a week at Thalassa Suites with my husband and our 2‑year‑old daughter, and it turned out to be one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, but what set this place apart was the hospitality. It was the first time we’d felt such genuine care from hotel staff. Each day they checked that everything was fine and were ready to help at any moment. What mattered most was how they treated our daughter; she was adored by almost everyone on the team, felt completely comfortable, and we did too. From the moment we arrived we felt truly welcome. The beach is right in front of the hotel, the pool is spotless, and there were always sunbeds available—no stressful early‑morning scramble or reserving loungers like in so many other hotels. It was exactly what we wanted: slow, peaceful, paradise‑like holidays surrounded by beautiful views, nature, and tranquility. If you’re after relaxation rather than huge all‑inclusive resorts with crowds and average food, we can’t recommend Thalassa Suites more. It’s perfect for families with children, but it also works wonderfully for a romantic getaway because the complex is spacious enough for everyone to enjoy their own peaceful atmosphere. A special shout‑out to Yanis—he is truly the heart and soul of this hotel. He makes every guest feel special, always greets everyone with a smile, genuinely cares, and hosts fantastic Greek BBQ evenings with so much passion and humor. Aggeliki was also incredible. Our daughter absolutely loved her and looked forward to seeing her every day. Even when she was busy, she always found a moment for a smile or a few words, and it meant so much to our little girl. And finally, a big thank you to the waiter whose name I unfortunately forgot (the one with tattoos and white‑and‑green Reeboks!). Mosquitoes were an issue, but the staff did their best to help the guests fight them.

We loved the location between mountain and sea, the local surroundings, the outdoor pools, and the very well maintained outdoor facilities. Most importantly, the staff were kind and friendly.

“Super tolle Anlage zu einem guten Preis, Leistung Verhältnis.”

Direct access to the sandy beach, a very nice pool. Dinner and breakfast were very good. The staff were very accommodating and warm. No complaints, perfect.
