Everything was awful. The host refused to accept us without any reimbursement, claiming we were “out of check‑in time” even though someone had already opened the house. We entered, couldn't sleep, and still had to pay. The host even called her colleague’s phone, shouting at us to leave. The place itself was disgusting and uncomfortable.
