“Good but inconvenient for people with huge suitcase”
The place is clean and the bed is comfortable. The staircase is not suitable for suitcases.
“Amazing apartment highly recommend”
The apartment is beautiful; the photos don’t do it justice. It’s big, spacious, and spotless, with the added bonus of a large terrace and a bathroom in every room. It’s set up very well for children. We loved its location within walking distance of Beaune centre but away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend.
I urgently need the hotel to upgrade its fire safety; if a fire breaks out, you’re utterly helpless because everything on the second floor is made of wood, the windows are sealed shut, and the detector that was there didn’t work because it had no battery.

The apartment spans two floors, and we only used the top floor. It has three bedrooms, all nicely furnished, each with an en‑suite bathroom that includes a shower and toilet. The kitchen is tidy, but the living room is tiny and not very cozy. The attic stairwell is narrow and steep, so only young, mobile people with luggage can manage it. We didn’t look at the first floor, where a dining room and a terrace should be; it’s probably possible to seat six people there, but you’d have to carry everything up and down. It seemed to have been smoked before, and we didn’t know how the apartment is usually rented, so we weren’t sure if another party might move in, which made us a bit uneasy. The description of how to get into the apartment was unclear, and we wandered around for a long time.
What gorgeous rooms. Each with its own bathroom. And it’s wonderful that at 40 degrees you can retreat to a cool stay. It’s only a few minutes’ walk to the city. The key can be picked up at a hotel 500 m from the location, and it went smoothly. Super that we could use the shared spaces (we had three rooms, so these spaces were for us). The sofas could use a replacement.
