The staff were very friendly and helpful, there is free parking right outside the hotel, and the view from the rooftop breakfast room is nice; the hotel consistently looked clean and the staff were very attentive. However, there were no brochures or maps for orientation, the location is not ideal— the highway and U-Bahn line pass by—and the beds are too soft. The surrounding area is a block of concrete buildings, not the prettiest neighborhood, and you won’t see any Swedish flair here. The breakfast did not impress me, and the hotels in Umea Sundsvall were two classes better.

The facilities were decent, like a student apartment, but the breakfast was bad and very small.
