The location was peaceful, far from the craziness of El Poblado, and it was close to a cute pizza place. The front desk was very helpful with recommendations. The bathroom mirrors were small, so a group of girls struggled to do makeup with limited lighting. They would clean the room each day but not always the bathroom or change towels. With the shower’s drainage design, I wish they had cleaned the bathroom daily.

The location, cleanliness, and good staff service were all excellent. Breakfast was served at a place called Medias Nueves, but it was very limited and often missing items; for two days we had no juice and no granola, only eggs and some fruit.

Prachtig boutique hotel, sfeervol ingericht. Hele fijne en ruime familiekamer. Ontbijt was top! Het restaurant wat bij het hotel hoort serveert Ontbijt en lunch en alles was heerlijk. Voor diner zit er aan de overkant een lekkere Italiaan. Erg vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam. Beneden in het hotel zit een klein winkeltje die onder andere plaatselijke kunst verkoopt. Fijne bedden en goede douche

The central location is amazing. The facilities are excellent and the service is very good. Breakfast could improve significantly. There are few options for guests, and the choices are not very complete. The restaurant that serves the breakfast has a wide menu with good options, but those are not included. They could add those options to make breakfast more complete.
