“A quiet stay in Bangkok”
I liked that the place is still close to central Bangkok—just a 15‑minute drive to Siam and a 5‑minute drive to ICON Siam. It sits in an alley away from the main road, so it’s mostly quiet, though you might hear sirens, fireworks, or other guests sometimes. I chose a bedroom with a private bathroom, which was a smart pick; the shared bathrooms get cleaned daily and look tidy. The AC, hot shower, and Wi‑Fi work well. Laundry costs 200 THB, and there are many coin laundries nearby if you don’t mind walking. I can use plates, bowls, mugs, and cutlery from the reception for take‑aways. The building has six floors, but the elevator only goes to the fifth. The owner is a lovely old man. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely return. The only downside was a slight smell from the bathroom drain.
