The bed was comfy and the staff were friendly and tried to help. Unfortunately, the handicap room advertised as having a roll‑in shower actually had a tiny shower with an oddly shaped entrance that wouldn’t fit a chair and no handrails, so I couldn’t shower there. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who truly needs a roll‑in shower.
