The spot is brilliant in the center, and grabbing a balcony room is definitely worth it. The reception team were brilliant, super helpful, and friendly, offering great restaurant and sightseeing tips. There’s a bakery nearby for breakfast, and the beach towels provided were excellent for a day at the beach. The door codes worked very efficiently.

Check‑in was easy; I didn’t stay there myself, but the people I booked the house for were very satisfied with the property.

The location is very good and the price offers good value. Jean‑Louis is one of the friendliest and most welcoming receptionists I’ve ever met—merci beaucoup, you’re great at your job! The building is old, so it can be a bit noisy, especially when other guests unlock their rooms; if you’re sensitive to noise, earplugs are recommended.

“very bad, i had a flu because of this room!”

There is an indoor stairs (idoor) to move between levels, but if you have luggage it will be very difficult to navigate. The room has a noticeable smell of humidity, and they don’t provide water in the room. The indoor stairs, the humidity smell, and the lack of water are all issues.

“Great place, lovely staff and wonderful balcony to have the breakfast”

The staff were extremely nice and went out of their way to explain the area and give advice about restaurants and more. Nothing negative.
