The place was brand‑new, spotless, centrally located, and fully equipped. The host communicated excellently, offering useful advice and suggestions.

Giorgia, the host, welcomed us warmly and shared invaluable tips about the Cabras area. The terrace in front of the room and the location of the tiny, charming house were unique. Right next door was an outstanding pizzeria. Breakfast was tasty and enjoyed on that dreamy terrace. Directly in front of the terrace lies a large square that locals use during the day—no street noise at all!

The room offers a superb view of Cabras' ponds. Georgia delivered 5‑star welcome, making us feel truly at home. The facilities are flawless—highly recommended! All positive, no negatives.
