The reception staff were incredibly kind, especially one girl who helped us check in for a domestic flight using her personal phone—thanks again! The location is ultra‑central and the value for money is excellent. A sweet treat at breakfast would have made it perfect.

“It was ok.”

The place is in a perfect spot with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The receptionist on check‑in was unfriendly and even threatened to cancel our reservation because one of us forgot a passport; we only had one passport but showed a photo and the visa. Breakfast options were limited.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is unbeatable—right next to a lively street full of bars, shops, and eateries. However, for the price paid, Saigonciti Hotel is only suitable for a very short stay; I wouldn’t recommend more than one or two nights. The room lacked a proper exterior window, only an opening to the hallway, making it feel cramped. There was a noticeable heavy, unpleasant odor, and cleanliness was only basic—clearly the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. It’s an acceptable budget option for a single night or a brief visit because of the location, but I’d choose something more comfortable for a longer stay.

Great location. Spacious room. Nice breakfast. TV did not work. We let the front desk know. It was not fixed the last 2 days we were there do we pretty.much had no tv most of our stay. This is one reason I am staying somewhere else.in December when I visit next. I am going to try again and will be staying with you from January 10-14. We truly do love Saigonciti hotel. Hopefully our room will have TV. Thank you
