Great hotel, good price, great location, would definitely recommend!

The private outdoor onsen and indoor jacuzzi bathtub were spacious and clean, the room was roomy, and the view of Beppu Bay was awesome, but the staff wouldn’t call a taxi for us.

The room was large and had a good variety of amenities, and we didn’t mind that it was a Love hotel because it offered some interesting features for the price. The room itself was fine, and we had a bathtub on the terrace, but we didn’t use it because it was dirty. The worst part of our stay was that we took some items from the fridge‑closet intending to pay for them at check‑out like at any hotel, but when it was time to pay, they called us to the room saying we had to pay. The person speaking barely knew English, so they kept shouting for us to pay while I was just asking how we could pay. The staff kept shouting the same thing over and over until they said they would come to the room. Because we didn’t want anyone in the room at that moment and because of the receptionist’s attitude, I asked them not to come. After a while of shouting, they finally managed to say “payment machine” and I understood that we could pay at the machine in the entrance of the room. It was a very unpleasant experience, especially in a hotel where such things shouldn’t happen.

The room was large and spotless, with an open‑air bath and a balcony that gave good value, yet the night view from the open‑air bath was blocked by trees.
