I’ve always liked MyNavona, and Agnes was extremely helpful. The only downside was power outages that happened Thursday night into early Friday morning, and on Friday there was no hot water for a shower.

Everyone on site was very friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic. Breakfast was tasty. Unfortunately, the bathroom door was broken and the staff said maintenance would fix it, but it never did while we were there. Finding the right office in the building was a nightmare; I had to call property management for directions. Clear signage at the entrance would have helped.

We appreciated the staff’s friendliness. The flexible breakfast hours were generous, and the private shuttle service was handled beautifully. The historic center is lively, but the room is well insulated from street noise. Thanks to Lorenza and her entire team 😉
