Πώς αξιολογούν οι επισκέπτες το κατάλυμα, πτυχή προς πτυχή.
The place is well situated, easy to find, with plenty of utilities nearby, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, and it’s accessible to everyone. The host could add a bit more to the cleaning service, provide towel hangers in the bathroom, a kettle, and some mugs, and an orthopedic mattress would make a big difference.

Posto tranquillo, stanza e bagno spaziosi, microonde.

Above all, Ivan’s kindness was wonderful; nothing else.

The room is spacious, and the bathroom even more so, though we missed having towel holders to keep the towels dry. The pool looked nice and was private, which is appreciated, but there was a cleaning robot in it that would have been annoying if we had been able to swim in good weather. Ivan was very hospitable and friendly. The room couldn't be locked from the inside, and the mattress is too soft, making it hard to sleep. We couldn't rest much because roosters were crowing from dawn until the morning, possibly from a nearby farm or a neighbor, and it was quite annoying.

The area is very quiet, 25 minutes by car from the beach, and I recommend Cala Mari Pitau! The room is fine and you have a private pool, though the room is adjacent to the owner's house, who is very friendly. Breakfast is served at a café six minutes on foot, which is very good. Everything else is fine, but we couldn't control the air conditioning properly so it blew directly onto the bed, forcing us to turn it off and on again; I'm not sure if it's the unit or our fault. The nearest beach is about 25 minutes away, which was fine for us but keep that in mind.
