The location was great, and outside the back door there was a patio, picnic table, BBQ grill, and the lake just yards away; the room was large and fully equipped, so I’ll definitely return.

The lakeside spot was great and the bed was comfortable; we had everything we needed, but small issues cropped up: no air conditioner, only a handful of coffee filters, an unwashed pan with food on it, and a piece of wall under the bathroom sink was taped and falling off; on the last night a group nearby played loud music, smoked, and stayed on the porch until about midnight.

We loved how close the lake was and family members could visit us during our stay; the fishing was fantastic and it was easy for my kids and father‑in‑law to reach the water, though we did encounter snakes—just part of lake life, not the hotel’s fault.
