The room is spacious, clean, and has a balcony. The beds are very comfortable and large. We found plenty of towels, which were very useful. There’s a mini‑fridge. At the exit from the villa there’s an outdoor pool with loungers and umbrellas. Overall it was nice. However, considering the photos, we expected a special landscape, but we only saw surrounding villas. The outdoor pool is actually covered.

The room was large, but the small TV didn’t work properly and nothing could be seen on it. In the bathroom, when you turn on the light, the fan starts and makes a very loud noise, probably defective, and it wakes you up. We were on the ground floor and heard the neighbor on the first floor walking through the room, scuffling on the floorboards.

When we arrived, we were handed the key for room 15 in villa 4. As soon as we entered, a strong sewage smell hit us, but it seemed to fade shortly after. The power outlets didn’t work, so the building’s electrician had to intervene. We lost almost 50 minutes of our stay. In the meantime, we made a thousand calls to the owner’s daughter, who claimed the property was full and that she’d found a solution but not on the same reservation level. I had booked a suite! We spent the night with a sewage stench and with people in the same building who, until after midnight, were shouting drunkenly with loud music. No staff intervened to let anyone sleep. The owner’s daughter always offered two breakfasts as a “solution,” but they were very poor. There was no sparkling water, and the sliced bread was even cut in half to save costs. The room absolutely did not match what was paid for or advertised. At checkout, the owner’s daughter apologized, saying she was unaware of the stench, but that’s a huge lie—every staff member knew the problem. As usual, it’s all about making money… Rent it all!
