The room was very nice. Free parking was right outside. The American‑style simple breakfast was included. The card terminal didn’t work with our cards, even after trying two of them, so the staff seemed a bit indifferent. We finally got a third card to work.

I booked a two‑queen‑bed suite and appreciated how spacious it was, and the breakfast was amazing, yet the pool was cold, the hot tub was unbearably hot, there were no tissues, sugar ants were on the floor, and when my card was declined but still pending on my end, the front‑desk clerks refused to see the bank’s authorization code.
