“Excelente hotel”
The people were kind, the facilities very clean, and it’s close to routes to various destinations; everything was great.
“Hotel correct pour le prix, localisation pourrait être meilleure”
I found the place overall clean, well laid out, and the simple décor was satisfying; the staff were attentive and the breakfast was decent, with a fair price for the level of service. Even though it’s not far from the lively Santa Marta area, the hotel sits 2‑3 blocks from the historic centre, so you have to walk a bit to get there. During the day it was fine, but at night I didn’t feel entirely safe because there were very few people passing by, the streets were dark, and that’s the sort of vibe you’d rather avoid in Colombia. My advice is to take an Uber to get into town, which takes about 5 minutes.

The breakfast was normal but of good quality, and overall everything was fine.
Nothing good; I cancelled because the hotel didn’t meet booking conditions, had a 10‑square‑meter space, no safe, no refrigerator, was forced to pay 60000 without a receipt because I entered the room to take photos as proof for booking, and the reception staff were aggressive.
The staff were extremely friendly, the facilities were pretty and comfortable, and I’m especially grateful to Don Wilson.
