Everything was excellent.
“Pleasant and comfortable stay.”
The stay was comfortable, neat and clean, perfect for a staycation or remote work, and all major spots in Coimbatore were within a reasonable distance.
“Hotel blatte”
The experience was disgusting. In the first room (101, first floor near the reception) we found live cockroaches in the room, the bathroom, and even on the sheets—a completely unacceptable and severe hygiene issue. We asked for a room change, but the second room (301, third floor) had the same exact problem, with cockroaches there as well. It’s clear this is a widespread issue throughout the property. We refused to sleep, left the hotel, and immediately moved to another place. Also, the price listed on Booking was not honored: at payment the manager demanded a higher amount than what was booked. Cockroaches on the sheets, total lack of hygiene, and poor price transparency—this place is absolutely not recommended.
“Not clean”
The place was not clean, not clean.
“All good, Peaceful stay”
The room was spacious and the staff were helpful.
