It’s a solid hotel in the center of Batumi, perfect for business trips, but the restaurant only operated in breakfast mode, which meant we had to hunt for dinner elsewhere—though the city offers plenty of options, so that’s not a big deal.

The staff were excellent and genuinely helpful, even though I didn’t fill in their names; they assisted with any query, the location was superb, rooms were cleaned daily, towels were fresh each day, and the room itself was gorgeous with a balcony, though it got a bit noisy at night when the balcony door was open; overall everything was resolved, I’d give it 10 out of 10, breakfasts were bland but nobody left hungry, and I was completely satisfied.

The room was spacious with a great shower and a lovely breakfast; the only downside was the lift, which was very small and slow for a 13‑floor building, but that was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel is right by the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. My room was spotless and cleaned daily, and it came with a fridge, hairdryer, ironing board and iron. Breakfast was tasty, and we stayed in a large family room on the 11th floor with a sea view.
