The room was very clean and spacious. The property sits in a peaceful spot overlooking the river and mountains, and is a few kilometres from the airport, making it ideal for early flights. The staff were welcoming and helpful and served a good breakfast.

The host was friendly. The rooms were clean, and the washrooms were nice and tidy. It is an expensive hotel but at a good price. They have a menu. It is close to the airport, so settling in and catching a later flight is easier. They also offer travel packages with their own cars.

Everyone on the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the location was great for exploring Skardu. Shabbir, who picked us up from the airport, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He put together a sightseeing itinerary, took us to various attractions, and shared a lot of interesting local information. He was always happy to answer questions and recommended lovely local restaurants, especially Rafsal, which we really enjoyed. His local knowledge and hospitality made a real difference, and we appreciated all his help. Staying at a family‑run place where the staff genuinely cared about guests was lovely. The Wi‑Fi was unreliable, and mobile coverage was limited, making it hard to stay connected at times. Water pressure on the upper floors was low, making showering a bit inconvenient. Fixing these would make the stay more comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at North Field Resorts, Skardu, during the third week of September and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Skardu. The owner, Shabeer, is a young and genuinely hospitable person who goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. From the moment we arrived, he was extremely accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is new, clean, and well‑maintained, and the staff are equally warm, courteous, and helpful. I especially appreciated the flexibility with breakfast; they prepared it according to our preferences, which made the stay feel more personal. They also arranged a vehicle for our Deosai visit, making the trip easier and more convenient. It’s great to meet a young owner putting so much effort into building quality hospitality. With the cleanliness, personal attention, friendly staff, and willingness to help, North Field Resorts is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Skardu. Wishing Shabeer and his team continued success and growth. Highly recommended! The hotel is a bit away from the main city but very close to the airport. People arriving in Skardu through the airport will find the location ideal. I would advise against staying inside the crowded city and suggest staying in nearby areas.
