The spot was perfect and everything felt clean, which left me satisfied. However, anyone over a certain age seemed uncomfortable and the service was a bit off, and the food didn’t live up to the price.
Très calme et propre. Bonne idée ces petites pataugeoires pour les enfants. Le dinner était très bien également. Les onsens sont grands et ceux en extérieur vraiment agréables. Le seul point négatif c'est les sanitaires individuels qui sont dans des boxs. On étouffe à l'intérieur

The toilet and shower, however, were extremely hot and that made things difficult; the young male part‑time staff member wasn’t very helpful—not rude, just lacking clear explanations, which left many questions unanswered. For the price, I think the dinner could have been a bit more substantial.
