The ambience, cleanliness, staff, and location were great, but the geyser in our room didn’t work and we had to use a bucket of hot water instead.

The staff were good, helpful, friendly, and the location was good, with no negatives.

The breakfast was mediocre, and the quality of staff was extremely poor; the hotel cuts costs by hiring inappropriate staff, though the building and maintenance are okay. Front office staff like Himanshu and the restaurant waiters were very rude and of poor quality.
