The spot is excellent, with many nearby restaurants and food places, a quiet environment, and very good transport access. Everything seemed fine to me.

I was greeted with excellent service from the staff every single day of my visit. When my SIM card failed and I needed help getting to a concert, the team always answered with a smile and useful advice. The breakfast staff were also attentive and consistently delivered a high level of service. The help desk team welcomed me warmly each time I left and returned, and they even handed me bottled water to help me adjust to the altitude difference between Panama and Bogotá. The only improvement I’d suggest is adding arepas as a national food option for international guests, and expanding the range of local dishes from established providers. Overall, I’m very satisfied. The quiet room was especially appreciated, letting me rest well and fully disconnect. Thank you and warm greetings from Panama. I was hoping for arepas, but the croissants were fine :) . I was also trying to connect with Colombian culture from the moment I woke up. Again, croissants were fine with scrambled eggs.
