La beauté du cadre, la proximité de la plage même si l’on n’a pas pu se baigner (drapeau rouge durant tout le séjour) mais de superbes piscines nous ont permis de nous rafraîchir. La restauration excellente, le personnel très sympathique. L’hôtel est très isolé, loin de tout et le seul moyen de transport pour découvrir l’île de Boa Vista c’est le taxi mais c’est relativement onéreux. Nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié qu’à cause de travaux de l’hôtel prévus le 8/05, au fur et à mesure de notre séjour les restaurants fermaient, sur 4 nous n’avons pu profiter que de 2 et à partir du jeudi ( notre séjour se terminant le samedi) il ne restait qu’un seul restaurant. Nous nous sommes retrouvés sans argent liquide car le jeudi le DAB a été retiré. C’est franchement pas cool, on serait en droit de faire une réclamation car tous les services proposés n’étaient pas au rendez-vous

The overall structure is good, with a few things that need renovating but still welcoming and clean. I loved the various pools, the beautiful beach, and the restaurants included in the price. I expected a welcome kit in the bathroom with toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc., but despite being a 5‑star rated property, we received none of those items (just shower foam). The property has a small market that charges sky‑high prices (toothpaste at least 5 €), so I advise anyone staying to bring their own supplies 😅
