The hotel features an outdoor saltwater pool, shared balconies, and free WiFi. Rooms are air-conditioned with flat-screen TVs, fridges, and writing desks. The hotel is close to fishing and diving spots, Crab Market, and Tuek Chhour Waterfall, with a restaurant and bar serving Khmer and Western cuisine.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this place; the owner and staff were extremely friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. The property was spotless and the location was perfect—just a 10‑second walk to the beach. I’ll definitely come back.

The view of the beach from the rooms, the pleasant pool, and the great location were highlights, and the staff were very friendly, especially the two ladies at breakfast; however, a bit of renovation is needed to bring it up to its former glory, there’s mildew in the showers, the bedside lamps don’t work, the water is lukewarm rather than hot, and a major refresh is required.

The room offered a beach view and a superb pool with a small cascade, and the staff were very attentive.

Our room faced Kep Beach, with a chair right at the doorway so we could watch the sea whenever we liked, making it our go‑to place whenever we visit Kep. The Wi‑Fi signal was weak, and the pool was so deep that children couldn’t swim, but the surrounding pool facilities were flawless.
