“No shower.”

Nearly everything was great. The shower was not working—it was blocked. We told reception, and they said maintenance would fix it, but that never happened during our stay. Everything else was nice except for that.

The hotel’s location was incredible, letting you explore the centre on foot. The breakfast was wonderful, offering both a menu‑ordered option and a “buffet” style Irish breakfast. The staff at breakfast and at the hotel’s “Morrison Grill” were helpful and friendly. We stayed in a “Premium Double Room with 2 single beds.” The room was clean and quite spacious, as was the bathroom. The only downside was the delay in room cleaning over the weekend we stayed; they cleaned the room after 4 p.m., and every time we asked the reception staff for an explanation, they gave different excuses that didn’t help the situation. For the price we paid, we wouldn’t expect such a delay in cleaning. Also, upon arrival we were charged almost twice the reservation amount, which was refunded to me after two weeks from my departure. I reached out to both the hotel and the bank about the issue, and both sides blamed the other for the delay in returning the money.

“Amazing hotel but request a room not in basement.”

I stayed at a very nice hotel right near everything we wanted to see in the city, but our room was in the basement with street‑level windows, so the curtains had to stay closed and the room stayed dark with not enough lights; my wife found the lighting terrible when trying to put on makeup or get ready each day.

The location was very good, but the breakfast was lacking.

The hotel was modern and comfortable and in a great location, and there was nothing to complain about.
