I liked the employees' attentiveness and the food arrived quickly, but the breakfast was bland, the coffee was poor, the pool water looked a bit cloudy, and the parking lots were dirty.

The only good things were the beds and the air conditioning; the hotel could improve if they did maintenance and raised staff standards. The conditions were terrible, completely neglected, with a bad odor and dirty facilities. The staff forced service, and I never met a single friendly person, always grumpy. The parking smelled like pipe, and the restaurant waitresses were awful to deal with. Frankly, I don't recommend it and I won't return. I stayed for 4 days and found many better, cheaper options.
