The hotel was spotless and felt safe; every staff member was helpful and courteous, and the little gift and note left at the door made us very happy—thanks for that. The only downside was the room’s small size, which is common for most hotels in Paris.

De accommodatie was erg mooi, met een fijne, stijlvolle kamer op een goede locatie. Ook het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk!. Ik heb bewust deze kamer geboekt omdat op stond dat er een bad aanwezig was. Hiervoor heb ik ook extra betaald. Bij aankomst bleek dit niet te kloppen, terwijl ik het wel kon aantonen in mijn boeking. Ondanks het vriendelijke personeel vond ik het erg teleurstellend dat er geen oplossing of compensatie werd geboden
