Located near Highland Mall, the hotel is 10 minutes from Austin city centre and under 15 miles from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.

It was clean and the beds were comfortable

The staff cleaned and organized the rooms every day, which I appreciated. However, I asked for a room with two beds and was given one with a sofa bed instead; the rug was very dirty, the room smelled bad upon arrival, and the bathroom was uncomfortable. The photos on the app were outdated, the pool was tiny for a hotel, it was expensive, and breakfast was not included.

Everything matched what I expected: the beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, and the facilities were well arranged. There was plenty of parking. The only downside was that the breakfast could use a bit more variety instead of being repetitive.

The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable, though a bit too firm. Parking was inconvenient and the drains didn’t work well. Otherwise, the breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly, and everything else stayed clean.

I liked the central location and the free parking. The only issue was that the water was cut off a little before we checked out.
