They confirmed our booking in our preferred location, but the day before check‑in they moved us to another property that was dirty, cheap and noisy. We didn’t get what we paid for.

I stayed here on a short trip. The rooms were clean and cozy. The staff was helpful and responsive. The location was convenient with nearby shops and transport. Breakfast was average. A good stay overall, would recommend for budget travelers.

The hotel felt like a tent that kept going on and on, and there was no need for the word "like" here.
