Value for money, great spot close to the beach though the roads are narrow and busy, good restaurants and shops nearby, an auto rickshaw stand at the door, decent breakfast, staff in the dining hall were great. Rooms were clean but all the chairs in the building were stained. No space to park and unload luggage; they should leave a spot free or have someone direct cars. No one helped move bags to the lobby, no ramp to push bags up. Had to go up a floor to get to the lift. Had to ask for basic amenities – only one towel for a double room, weak Wi‑Fi, bathroom ran out of shower gel. Too many steps made it hard for seniors – stepping up from hallway to rooms and from rooms to bathroom.
