The hotel is very well located, the team is attentive and respectful, and the owner was very helpful in fixing my room issue; she was exceptional. The room I was given was extremely cold and the heater didn’t work properly, so I asked for a room change; the staff told me to wait for the owner to arrive, and she swapped rooms without any problem. Another issue was that the water stayed unheated for two nights, but it was resolved promptly.

The night receptionist was helpful, but the room was poorly maintained—see the photos. Cleaning was terrible, there was a water leak in the bathroom, breakfast was bad, and the kitchen staff were unhelpful; they only seemed friendly when asked for a review on booking. We ordered scrambled eggs and are still waiting.
