My family liked the spot since it’s just a hop, skip and jump from the mall, and the staff were courteous. We had a big crew in our suite so we needed extra towels, pull‑out coverage, and other extras beyond the usual. When we tried to relax at night we went to the pool, but it was too cold, and the breakfast the next morning was consistently under‑stocked on a Monday.

Location. No hot tub

The spot right next to the mall and restaurants was the best part, but the pool wasn’t heated, which is why we chose the hotel in the first place.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful, and the location is super nice being so close to some shops, food, etc., yet the beds aren't very comfortable.
