The place sits just a quick stroll from the train and the old town, and the room was cozy with plenty of little touches. The key‑card instructions and video helped us get through the 4‑key system without a hitch.

Close to the station and within walking distance of everything, the host’s messages were clear and helpful.

Location 1 km from the Arena and very good ice cream just around the corner. In my opinion, this is a form of shared accommodation in one apartment with converted separate rooms rented individually. The main apartment door was never locked by the other guests, so we didn't feel comfortable leaving our things there. The smell from the drain in the bathroom was unbearable, even with the window open, it turned my stomach every time I stepped into the bathroom. The wall right behind the bed had weird stains and we didn't know if there was mold or not. I really wouldn't want to sleep in a room with mold in it. The bed was very uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on pudding, and we barely slept. They advertise parking, but in the end, they only provide spaces for cars shorter than 4 meters (I didn't find this information before I made the reservation). As it was very important for me to be able to park my car on the premises, I kindly asked to cancel the reservation (even though it was a non-refundable booking, it was due to the incomplete info), but my request was flatly rejected and I was told to arrange my parking elsewhere. They advertise a private kitchenette, which is probably a bathroom sink by the room door. The rule not to flush toilet paper is understandable for an old building, but this kitchenette sink is less than three meters from the bin full of used toilet paper. I don't know the hygiene standards in Italy for residential layouts, but for a short stay it was okay since there was a shared kitchen. We didn't use either. We stayed just two nights and we were waiting to leave this place, which is very sad considering it was part of our vacation. This place really isn't something we would want to remember

The location was solid and the host’s communication was smooth all the way through. I found sharing a house with others wasn’t my thing, the sheets felt old, and I even spotted a tiny bug on my bed. I don’t think I’d come back.
