The hotel features free Wi-Fi, an outdoor parking lot (€15/day), and a wellness center with pool, saunas, and hot tub (extra charge). The hotel restaurant serves Slovak and international cuisine, and the lobby bar offers a pleasant atmosphere.

The accommodation is a bit farther from the center, ideal for business trips rather than for tourists who want to explore Žilina. The rooms and service are perfect, nothing to complain about. The wellness area is modest but offers a beautiful view of the city. Prices are high, even though the breakfast is good.

Not the newest or most modern hotel I’ve stayed at, but it met expectations. No problems, stay was fine. It’s very close to the historical center, though not right in it, so it’s quiet yet you can walk to the center in minutes. Not sure about days or evenings when there are football matches because it’s very close to the city football stadium, but on normal days it was really quiet.

I expected at least breakfast and free parking for a single room at 149€/night, but that didn’t happen. I paid 15€/night (22:30‑8:15) at the reception for parking on the hotel lot, and breakfast could be purchased separately if desired. This was a big let‑down for me.
