The ambient noise was really annoying, and the neighbor was disrespectful; there were also a lot of flies in the room, which was disgusting.

The pool water was cold, the sauna arrived cold, the hammam was cold, and the rooms were outdated.

The cleanliness and staff availability were great, yet there were no parking spots, and a small lounge for gathering or playing games in the evenings would have been welcome.

The location and staff were excellent, but the bedding didn't meet the standards expected of hotels of this type, and the room felt hot.

The Wellness area and breakfast were great, but the breakfast room was overcrowded.
